The SPListTreeViewEx installation package is shipped as a ZIP archive file containing the following subfolders and files:
To install, follow these steps:
- Unzip the SPListTreeViewEx Installation files into a temporary directory on your SharePoint server, for example, the desktop.
- Close all opened Windows Explorers and other unnecessary programs, this is very important! Double-click the setup.exe file to launch the setup program.
- Click [Next] button to perform a system check.
- Click [Next] button then read and accept the End-User License Agreement.
- Click [Next] button and select target web applications / site collections. Normally, you needn’t select the Central Administration site.
- Click [Next] button to begin installation. Depending on your environment, this step may take a while. Please be patient.
- Click [Next] button to review the installation results. Then close the setup wizard.
